It's time to break the forum bandwidth with a with picture spam... gotta warn ya though that the quality has dropped a bit since i was force to downgrade my video card after mine crapped out me anyway time for the low down...
It was time for Hiku and Mai to make the next jump:
Though there was a few new clothes, nothing really seem sutting for Dragin so the Brave Coat is sticking around for awhile yet, Mai however got a complete makeover and quick update to Acrofighter status. I can't tell ya how much I like this new look for her:
With upgrades in hand, Hiku set out to explore the new terrain and ran into some old friends, well not really, I think they're still pissed off for all the stolen arms thorughout the years
Parum was quickly cleared leading me to the beach and quite a sight it was:
Couldn't help but get here with Mai and take a Cheesy Swimsuit model shot XD
Contiuing on to Neudaiz we got to see the beautiful Sakura Forest area with some more old punching bags, oh my... GAWD
Sonic Team somehow managed to make them even uglier then ever XD
Moatoob Presents: The worm Part 2: Revenge of De Roi Le!
Makes the PSO worm look like fishbait... This is actually a very fun boss fight and actually kind of dyamtic for PSU. You float around on a raft like in PSO, however you actually have control over the raft, there are four buttons on each side of the raft. When you step on the buttons it slowly moves the raft in that direction the more buttons held down on each side the faster it moves. Which lets you move closer to hit De Roi when he hovers sideways. Like in PSO his outer shell has to be broken down before you can deal damage to him. And in addition to the PSO style attacks such the Beam, the projectilites from the side (Which are similar to the Photon blasts in Ep1 but look like the Rays from Ep2), and the falling rocks. He also with hover above the field spraying the entire raft with widespread ice attack.
You're reward for beating him, you get access to the absolute most unique lobby in the game: The Casino Voyvola
Basically the Casino works like this: Each day you go to the counter and recieve 1 Silver Coin which equals 100 Copper Coins (Which is the base 1 of the coins) You can use these coins in slot machines and the Roulette:
So like the real thing you bet on three difference sections: Color, Section or exact number. It takes a spin about every minute or so. In the long run you can use these Coins to purchase things in the Casino that are unique or interesting, and this list will change every so often. Things like Decorations, Music CDs, Odd weapons (Also called /C weapons), Room Remodels, even SUV and traps apepar here.
There is one more set of stages on Parum the AMF area, but I kinda of forgot to take pictures so maybe next time XD Anyway it was time to check out the other new toys throughout the new expansion, first including a few goofy room things I manage to find, first of all I got a new room remodel ticket for Mai... got one for Dragin too but didn't like it much:
These things are pretty easy to find on Parum, they just look like Big Boxes is all they are, you can't put anything into them like you can the cardboard boxes:
This machine one is really weird it just does this cycle where in sucks in two items on this conyver belt:
And puts out an Rappy which goes right back into the machine and is coverted back into the items again:
I made these goofy dolls using some junk that I've had laying around for ages:
Panon:
Koltva:
And what would be PSU without new weapons? Time for a gallery of what I've gotten and used so far:
Hiku with 8* Yohmei Slicer and 7* GRM Shadoog
The Slicer is a very powerful weapon particular with it's over the top PA which can inflict thousands of damage on enemy per hit. It locks on fairly well but unlike the PSO slicer this one will not target multipy hit boxes on the same target. So it's not really the best weapon for Boss fights or larger monsters.
The Shadoog is another unique one, it's a left hand range weapon that attacks on it's own, the one I have just fires three handgun like shots whenever an enemy is in range ever few seconds or so. More then anything it allows me to focus on the meleeing rather then switching between weapons. They don't do a whole alot of damage but they do provide some support and they still make Enemies flinch apparantly they lay, at S-rank levels the Shadoogs will had other firing capabilities, I've even heard of one that has a laser cannon type shot.
I don't have pictures of Whips or Madoogs but I'll explain anyway:
Whips are only avalible to three class: Fortetecher, Acrotecher, and Wartecher, seeing a pattern? Whips have the longest and widest range of any melee weapon, they seem to have a full 180 arch is which damge can be dealt. They are rather low ATP so they're damage output isn't the best. But they also land Status Effect fairly well from what I've heard. They're mostly a support weapon more then anything.
Madoogs are pretty much left handed wands. You can equip two techs to them. They have less PP and Tech then wands however, they also cast much faster then a wand can. So they make nice for Resta and other support spells.
And of course we have new verisons of Weapons we've had in the past:
First up a 8* Yohmei saber Masamunera, follows the usual Yohmei Pattern, more PP and less ATP:
Snow showing off his new PSO Replica, presenting the return of the Varista! It sounds exactly like the original weapon XD But it's not nearly as bad of a weapon as it was back then
Another PSO Replica that's popping up in Sakura is the Durandal Replica, this is one I found several days into it, as with the Varista it sounds exactly like it PSO verison:
GRM 7* Card: Card Fanta has more ATP and less TP then the Yohemi:
Tenora Twin Handguns, they sound and fire like a real gun XD:
Yohmei Twin Handguns, they look... odd:
Yohemi 8* Double Saber:
There are alot more weapons like these, but I couldn't find pictures so I'll take some when I see some more
Finally I gathered my stats for my Two Characters:
Hiku 88 HM Fighgunner 12
Mai 40 HF Acrofighter 9
