Don't know if anyone's going through the process or has already been through the process of college, but either way, this movie definitly has something you can relate to.
Contrary to the title this movie is actually about kids getting rejected from colleges and having to tell their parents about it. But one kid has an idea to solve all of this, I won't spoil it for you.
As far as humour goes this is one hilarious movie. One of the characters practically spouts off one liners non stop, and the main character has a sort of witty beating around the bush way of joking people.
The jokes aren't cliche but there's a lot of heavy cynicism within them. Oh, and the ending is great too, one of my big yanks about shitty movies is that they always have a shitty ending. "Accepted" however really has a way of closing things down with style.
Overall I'd give this movie an 8/10, it's got a lot of great humour in it and delivers a solid message. All the greats parts of a movie, but it's not something that I think that leave a legacy like Star Wars or the Rocky series.
