By registering with us, You will not mindlessly Smite someone just to attempt to get thier account deleted, this is intolerated and highly childish. If you dislike someone and you just feel like smiting them constantly, tone it down to about 3 smites a day to a singular person. Any more than that on ANY ONE PERSON within the 24 hour period WILL result in a Karma drain being commited on you and it being put into that persons karma that you smited from them. 3 a day.
Part of being human is having self-control, not making some poor guy look hated among others.
EXALTING a person constantly is tolerated. The more Karma a person has just means more defense against the smiterators out there.
Trying to get somebody in trouble for smiting is not tolerated. If you think someone is going over board just ask. Do it through Private messaging or confront the person out in the open with a puiblic post. The security log will be checked and the person who did it will be Moderated in a manner that befits the situation. But if the person hasn't gone over the 3 a day limit on a single person, nothing can be done. The person just don't like you o.o;
You will not mindlessly lob insults at someone outside of the fight cage. There's a reason the board is there. Call them out in front of everyone and see if they show. Match your wits. Just because someone doesn't show doesn't mean they're cowardly. If you're itching for a fight then just go there and insult others. Maybe someone will agree with you.. or someone will disagree and you find a new foe. ^.^ Please though.. no life threats. THe fight cage has no mdoerator, but we do not tolerate "I'm gonna come over there and slit your throat while you sleep", You'll most likely be booted by the administrator if you say such a horrible thing. Accoubnt banned, karma drained, and your ISP goes poofle. o.o
Respect the administrator, I try my best. >.<
Don't go at fighting wits with moderators please.. if it comes down to a fight between you two, then take it to the fight cage.
Spamming boards, advertisements, and stupid posts are not tolerated.. outside of the Random board. But spamming websites and products that are NOT in a joking manner is not tolerated.

Karma is seemingly useless. Implied by the Proboards team for no apprent reason, nobody can seem to know what to do with it.
At GameFAQs it tells you how long your account has been there. In some boards it says how popular you are.
Here, it's your defense for your account.
Though playful and definiately not serious if you sign in once a month.. You can smite people for fun (3 times a day) or exalt them to show your adoring affection.
If your karma gets into the negatory area, you're at risk of losing your account.
At -10 and you've not signed in for a week, an e-mail is sent regarding your account to the e-mail you registered with us.
At -20, and no sign in for a week the account is set to disabled and another e-mail is sent along with the one that says you've been disabled.
At -30, And a month of no log in, the account is purged from our system and your topics are all recycled. An e-mail is sent that you've been purged and we were sorry that you forgot about us.
If you had made a "Suicide" topic, trying to get yoruself banned from my boards then I'll probably sticky it in the Suicide section. Made to honor those who really had something to complain about. (More on this later)
Higher Karma means more defense against peoples smites. Make friends to have them back you up with Exalts if you decide to go into some sort of Karma war. (Even more on that later)
When people get into the 100s on thier Karma I will begin a "Highest Karma User" contest. The MaleFemale with the highest Karma will then become the Karma Queen/King. And Reign over the Karma board when that time does so come.
This, humorous beyond compare since >.> Ring and Seraph will probably get matched up as the Karma pair..
They are changed daily. People will always be able to reign for a good 24 hours. When I check in I can check the Karma of the users and change the rules accordingly.

Smitty is the name of SmiteGuard. It's a boy and he protects the administrator from Smites.
YOU DO NOT SMITE OR EXALT THE ADMINISTATOR PLEASE. He can off topic post and then delete it later. And he can do whatever he pleases. <_< And he doesn't like to be commended for his actions either.
The basic use of Smitty is..
When somebody smites the administrator and it's viewed in the security logs, 2 Karma is subtracted from the user who did it and added to the Karma of the administrator. When somebody is subtracted Karma from a moderation of thier post, the Karma is divied up between the moderator of the board it happened and the administrator himself. Most of the time it's a 50/50 deal. If the Karma is an odd number, most times the administrator gets the extra 1.
Moderators do NOT get a SmiteGuard. You may smite the moderators (Reasonably) depending on thier actions or your personal feelings towards them. Smitty acts as a helpful buddy destributing the Karma between the admin and the Mod who did the msaage that's all. Oh and guards the smites >.<

The "CoC-GM/M" (Code of Conduct/ Global Mods/Moderators)
Global moderators hold the right to close any topic they feel as long as it is within FAIR boundaries. They may not close a topic for absolutely no proper reason. If a topic is closed, that Global moderator must inform the administrator IMMIDIATLY or else the topic will sit there forever more. Topics go to the recycle bin in order to preserve posts and make us look good. It adds up to the total rank yes?
No type of moderator (Save admin..) can modify posts. That is solely up to the user. If something is too "harsh" then let the people complain. If enough complain in the moderators eyes, then the message is deleted and Karma is taken off.
Moderators and Global moderators may not modify the profiles of others. This is to preserve a persons Karma. Only the administrator and "Smitty" may do a mass add or mass drain of Karma from a single person in a moderation.
This is why the moderator takes care of the message and PMs the details to the administrator. The administrator overlooks the information on his next log in and tells the moderator if the action was fairly judged or not.
The details given are: What the person said/did. How it started (If possible) Actions took. How much Karma the moderator feels should be taken, as well as any additional punishment, had this person have commited many other.. problems.
The administrator will take it from there.
No one but the administrator may see yours or others IP addresses. And he's not legally entitled to give out that information.. unless you were to seriously offend him and have him turn you in for a problem you had caused.

If a board does NOT have a moderator, you may apply to be one. I will see if you are fit for that board.
No more than one moderator to a single board (Exceptions made)
If a moderator of a board requisitions that someone be made a moderator of that board with him/her (Like partners) then I will consider it and take action. Depending on who it is/how much I trust the person.
A person is ONLY MADE ADMINISTRATOR if I can trust that person COMPLETELY.
In most cases there are about TWO people I would trust to be administrator of these forums. And thier names will NOT be leaked out. <_<
We are currently NOT looking for any Global moderators. Check by occasionally to see if we are!

For moderators and posters: All topics MUST close once it reaches 50 pages. Please make your best effort to attain that.
Off topic posting is a SERIOUS problem lately. Try to NOT do it.
Each board that makes it's first 50 topic will be put into the hall of fame. (Will be updated)
